Commissioning HR supports the Fast Track to Growth business programme

Every company in Devon has the chance to gain free business support as this year’s Fast Track to Growth programme launches.

Backed by Devon County Council and a host of organisations including Commissioning HR, Fast Track to Growth helps companies achieve better business growth through targeted free expertise.

Firms of all sizes and stages in their business in Devon are eligible for the growth programme, which this year is doubling the number of firms that will get free support.

All companies who join automatically qualify to attend Growth Day events, with 30 instead of 15 firms (15 smaller and 15 larger firms) then shortlisted for a full intensive Growth programme, held at venues across Devon.

A final pitch will see two companies secure on-going business support worth up to £10,000 each through 2018.

“Commissioning HR are pleased to be supporting the Fast Track to Growth Programme as the HR Partner. As organisations grow, they will inevitably increase in employee size.  Managing this people aspect of growth can prove challenging. Says Alison Lambert, Director at Commissioning HR.

Getting the right HR fundamentals in place at an early stage is important to enable the organisation to embed its culture and ethos from the start.

Commissioning HR works with both large corporate and many diverse SME’s at all stages of growth to bring a professional approach to the complexities and challenges of employing people.

We are looking forward to sharing some of our expertise to organisations signing up to this fantastic opportunity.”

Providing business expertise across the programme alongside Commissioning HR are Aptus Recruitment, Astley Media, Barclays, Cosmic, Devon County Council, PKF Francis Clark, Sampson Hall, Stephens Scown and SETSquared Exeter.
